Aside from the fan blogs, I discovered an official blog on Justin Timberlake’s website that does fan reports on all of Justin’s concerts during his 20/20 experience tour. From Los Angeles, California all the way to Gdansk, Poland, this blog was never short of mentioning that each concert was full of high energy and fun. Each fan report consisted of brief descriptions of the concert, including various instagram photos of fellow TN kids showing their love for JT.
Based on the reports, it seems that Justin is very interactive with every audience he performs for. In several concerts, he sang happy birthday to a lucky member of the audience. One lucky member was an eight year old autistic boy. Another moment that I thought was touching was when Justin addressed a random member of the audience after singing one of his songs. It turned out that the girl he addressed was suffering from cancer. She told Justin that she listened to his music to help get through the chemo, to which Justin was very touched and replied with “Wow, thank you, that really warms my heart. We salute your bravery battling cancer. Your hair looks good, girl!”
JT Official’s most recent blog about Justin’s concert in Gdansk, Poland, as well as Iceland especially caught my eye. According to the fan report, the concert at Kórinn sports hall in Kópavogur, Iceland was the biggest concert in Iceland history. The crowd was about 17,000 but the show was streamed live on yahoo so that JT fans all over the world could watch it together. This gave JT fans the opportunity to stay connected and share their love of his music all over the world. It was essentially one massive virtual concert. At the time it was the #1 viewed event on the live nation channel on yahoo!
